Implement Resize and Save actions for a drag-and-drop interface.
The current site displays several boxes inside a container. CSS positioning for the boxes is generated at load-time from database fields specifying:
Width
Height
X-position
Y-position
All values are percentages of the box parent container.
The user can drag individual boxes on-screen to place them in new locations.
* Implement box resizing (corner drag handles) that would allow users to increase or decrease box height and width graphically.
* Implement a Save button that would update database records to reflect where the boxes have been moved on-screen.
