We started this project 3 years with Symfony 0.4 and we have never looked back since then. We enjoy linking the platform with many other external services for added fun: Lucene search engine, Paypal IPN, Nabaztag API, RSS, Ping, ... The "special" parts of the architecture would be a design based on lighttpd + PHP5 FastCGI, MogileFS Content Distribution Network and Memcache data caching. |
